• Place an order — name, delivery address, payment information
• Subscribe to updates — email address only
• Contact us via the International WhatsApp Concierge or email — message content and contact details

We use your information only to:

• Process and fulfill your order
• Communicate about your order or inquiry
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates)
• Send occasional product updates if you have opted in

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Form submissions are processed via Formspree (formspree.io), which stores form data on secure servers. Order and payment data is handled by DPO Pay and/or PayPal, each with their own privacy policies. We retain customer data for up to 3 years for order records and legal compliance.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
