How do I pay?+
We accept PayPal Business invoice, international bank transfer, and escrow payment for selected large orders. Full details are confirmed during your order enquiry.
What is the lead time?+
Each order is made to order. Lead time is confirmed in writing before production begins — typically 4–5 weeks.
Can I see the product before ordering?+
Sample orders can be arranged for wholesale and gifting buyers. Contact us to discuss.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?+
Product images show the design and finish as accurately as possible. Small handmade variations are natural and part of the craft.
